COVID-19

The health and well-being of our guests and associates is of paramount importance.

We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control, and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are following guidelines from these agencies, as well as State and Federal regulations pertaining to the outbreak.

Our Modified Cancellation Policy:

In response to changing conditions, the City Center Motel is committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility with their reservations.

We are implementing the following temporary policies:

All reservations will be allowed to make changes, or cancel without a charge, up to 24 hours prior to arrival, if the change or cancellation is made by May 28, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences. If a reservation is made, and Yellowstone National Park is not open by that date, the reservation will be cancelled at no fee. As usual, no deposit or advance payment is required with any reservation.

For bookings made through an online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) or third-party travel agencies, please refer to their terms and conditions, and contact them directly.

Steps we are taking to reduce exposure:

  1. Frequent and routine disinfecting of common areas, and commonly touched surfaces; doorknobs, light switches, countertops, coffee station, etc…
  2. Touchless hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed in the lobby.
  3. One customer at a time, per room check-in, allowed in the lobby.
  4. Please be courteous of others. If you have a sore throat, cough, sneeze, runny nose, fever, or any other symptoms, please do not come into the lobby.
  5. All surfaces, of all rooms, will be sanitized upon check-out.
  6. To reduce exposure, housekeeping services will be limited.
  7. The community kitchen room will not be available until the COVID-19 risk has subsided.

Thank you for your understanding during this time. We all look forward to returning to normal soon.

Sincerely,
Scott & Heather Johnson
