CANCELLATION POLICY
Advanced reservations are highly recommended. Yellowstone National Park is a magical place, and attracts people from all corners of the planet. It has become increasingly popular, and rooms are frequently booked up weeks in advance. All reservations require a valid credit card, and have a 72 cancellation policy; rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, will not be charged. Rooms cancelled within the 72 hour cancellation period, will be charged for one night. Please contact us if you are within the cancellation period, and need to cancel your reservation.
PET POLICY
The City Center Motel is a pet friendly property. All pet reservations MUST be made directly with the motel, by calling (406) 646-7337. Our pet fee is a $25 one-time fee, regardless of how many nights you stay. If you change rooms during your stay, you will be charged another $25 fee. Unannounced pets will be charged $250. Please do not sneak your pets into our rooms. The Americans with Disabilities Act is very specific about what qualifies as an ADA animal; “comfort animals” are not ADA animals. Legitimate ADA service dogs are exempt from any additional room fees. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us.
SMOKING POLICY
Our smoking policy is simple; it is not allowed in the rooms, at all, ever. This includes smoke of any kind; cigarette, incense, marijuana (not even medicinal), or anything else. If you smoke in our room, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee, no exceptions. Smoking stations are available in several locations on the property. Please do not smoke in the rooms.
